The C-form is for anyone who does not live in the Netherlands but generates income in the Netherlands, or has a second home in the Netherlands. A C-form is also referred to as “C biljet.”
When to use the C Form
The C Form is only used if you do not live in the Netherlands, and one of the following situations apply to you:
You lived throughout the fiscal year outside the Netherlands (this does not apply to broadcast government employees).
You were liable to pay tax in the fiscal year and/or required to pay contributions in the Netherlands.
You lived throughout the fiscal year outside the Netherlands and have a company in the Netherlands.
Delay
You should always make a declaration before the date stated in the declaration letter you receive from the IRS. Need more time? Ask for a postponement. This should usually happen in writing.
You do not come out ?? and/or are you abroad, or are you busy with arranging your move? Ask BAS for help! We will not charge youfor requesting a delay. So you do not need to worry.
